This 8th showcase from our Mediterranean Work and Play dwellings in Occitanie, south of France, is a newly renovated old stone building.

Owners are American born. They travelled the world working for ONGs. They regularly landed in Lagrasse where they owned a vacation home for a couple decades.

They then set their eyes on this building and decided to open its doors to world travelers.

One of the apartments (with terrace) has a full-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeps 3.

Its rates are:

575 Euros for November (plus 50 Euros cleaning charge)

650 Euros for April, May, October (plus 50 Euros cleaning charge)

750 Euros for June and September (plus 50 Euros cleaning charge)

Rates for studios:

420 Euros for November (plus 30 Euros cleaning charge)

450 Euros for April, May, October (plus 30 Euros cleaning charge)

500 Euros for June and September (plus 30 Euros cleaning charge)

You can rent a combination of that larger apartment and 2 studios for a group of up to 7 people or a studio and that large apartment for up to 5 people.

For your convenience and those with mobility issues, an enclosed outdoor lift was added to the building.
